Refunds
If you made the payment with a credit card, the credit card processing fee will not be refunded. The refund amount will be the total amount minus the processing fee.
Returns and Exchanges
While we strive to provide products in perfect condition, in the event of defective products, damaged or soiled products due to our fault, or incorrect delivery of products or quantities, we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days after receiving the product at our expense. Please use Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport for returns.
Returns or exchanges are not possible for opened products or products damaged or soiled due to customer responsibility.
Additionally, if you return the product after the return period has passed, we may either send the product back to you at your expense or dispose of it. Please note this in advance.
