Shipping Fees (This information is specific to domestic shipping within Japan)
For Nuchigusui, we use Letter Pack, and the shipping fee is a flat rate of 370 yen (including tax) nationwide.
For Chiyura All-in-One Essence, excluding Okinawa Prefecture and certain remote islands, the shipping fee is a flat rate of 700 yen nationwide.
Additional charges will apply for Okinawa Prefecture and certain remote islands.
Delivery is limited to addresses within Japan using Sagawa Express.
*If the purchase amount is 34,560 yen (including tax) or more, we offer free shipping.
Delivery Timeframe
After order confirmation, we will usually ship from Fukuoka Prefecture within 2-3 business days.
(No shipments on weekends, holidays, Golden Week, and year-end and New Year holidays)
We do not accept specific delivery date/time requests or requests for delivery to specific branches.
*If there are any confirmation items regarding the delivery address or payment method, it may take longer than usual. Please understand in advance.
*In the event of severe delays in delivery due to inclement weather or natural disasters, circumstances with the delivery service provider, or any other reasons, we will notify you by email or phone.
*If you are not available at the time of delivery, Sagawa Express will leave a delivery notice. If we cannot contact you within the specified period or if the address is unknown, the product will be automatically returned to our company.
Returned products will be canceled at our discretion. Please note that we do not offer redelivery.
